Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine the vinegar, sugar, hot pepper sauce, celery seed, mustar seed and salt in a medium saucepan.

Step 2

Bring to a boil and boil 2 minutes.

Step 3

Remove from heat and add corn, geen pepper, onions, pimiento and currants.

Step 4

Pour into jars, cover and refrigerate; it should sit in fridge at least overnight before serving to let the flavors mix.
