Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine all ingredients with a large spoon until just blended.
Step 2
Pour into greased muffin cups. Can fill 16- 24 muffin cups, depending on how large you want them. Larger muffins increase baking time.

Bake at 450 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes, until lightly browned (can check doneness with a toothpick in a muffin - if it comes out clean, they're done)
