  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup corn (cream style corn (canned OK)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all ingredients with a large spoon until just blended.

  • Step 2: Pour into greased muffin cups. Can fill 16- 24 muffin cups, depending on how large you want them. Larger muffins increase baking time.

  • Step 3: Bake at 450 degrees for 20 - 30 minutes, until lightly browned (can check doneness with a toothpick in a muffin - if it comes out clean, they're done)
