Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix corn meal in water. Mix in salt.
Step 2
Slowly stir in the cornmeal into boiling water in saucepan, stirring and cooking until thick.
Step 3
For fried cornmeal mush, put hot cornmeal into loaf pan. Cool overnight.
Step 4
Remove from pan then cut into slices.
Step 5
Put the slices into hot greased skillet then brown on both sides.
