Step 1

In a medium bowl

Use a whisk to combine the milk,cocoa and granulated sugar until the sugar is dissolved, about 2 minutes .

Stir in the heavy cream, vanilla, coffee ,amaretto and whiskey to taste.

Stir in almonds.

Step 5

Turn machine on, pour mixture into freezer bowl through ingredient spout and let mix until thickened, about 40 minutes.
