Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar and salt into a bowl.
Step 2
Beat egg slightly and add to flour mixture.
Step 3
Mix just until moistened, gather into a ball and chill 4 hours.
Step 4
Heat oven to 375.
Step 5
Combine all filling ingredients and set aide.
Step 6
Press 1 teaspoon dough 1/8 inch thick on bottom and sides of ungreased 2x1/2 inch tartlet pans.
Step 7
Fill each tart with 1 teaspoon filling.
Step 8
Place on baking sheet and bake 12 minutes or until filling is golden brown.
