  • Step 1: Mix flour, sugar and salt into a bowl.

  • Step 2: Beat egg slightly and add to flour mixture.

  • Step 5: Combine all filling ingredients and set aide.

  • Step 6: Press 1 teaspoon dough 1/8 inch thick on bottom and sides of ungreased 2x1/2 inch tartlet pans.
