Step 1: Mix flour, sugar and salt into a bowl.

Step 3: Mix just until moistened, gather into a ball and chill 4 hours.
Step 4: Heat oven to 375.
Step 5: Combine all filling ingredients and set aide.
Step 6: Press 1 teaspoon dough 1/8 inch thick on bottom and sides of ungreased 2x1/2 inch tartlet pans.
Step 7: Fill each tart with 1 teaspoon filling.
Step 8: Place on baking sheet and bake 12 minutes or until filling is golden brown.
