Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2
In a large bowl combine first 5 ingredients (-buckwheat). In a small bowl whisk together the oil, honey, salt and cinnamon. Add honey mixture to oats mixture, stirring to combine.
Step 3
Spread mixture in a single layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake at 375 degrees F for 20 minutes or until golden; stir once after 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
