Step by Step Method

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners

In a separate bowl stir together all dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture; Using a wooden spoon in milk.
Step 4
Spoon batter into muffin tins. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until cupcakes test done.
