Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup cold milk
How to Make

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 12 muffin tins with paper liners

Step 2: In a bowl cream butter and sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in vanilla and almond extract.

Step 3: In a separate bowl stir together all dry ingredients. Add to butter mixture; Using a wooden spoon in milk.

Step 4: Spoon batter into muffin tins. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until cupcakes test done.
