Step 1
In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until creamy. Beat in sugar and brown sugar, egg, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla until well blended.
Step 2
Mix in flour in small portions until all is combined.
Step 3
Create 1 inch balls of dough, placing them 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Dip fork into flour and press fork into cookies, flattening them in a criss cross pattern.
Step 4
Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes, one cookie sheet at a time. Cool on wire racks.
