  • 128 grams peanut butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter until creamy. Beat in sugar and brown sugar, egg, baking soda, baking powder and vanilla until well blended.

  • Step 2: Mix in flour in small portions until all is combined.

  • Step 3: Create 1 inch balls of dough, placing them 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Dip fork into flour and press fork into cookies, flattening them in a criss cross pattern.

  • Step 4: Bake at 375 degrees for 7-9 minutes, one cookie sheet at a time. Cool on wire racks.
