Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil water and raw ground beef slowly for 30 minutes (don’t brown ground beef ahead of time…crumble it into small bits and boil it). Add other ingredients and cook over low heat for at least 4 hours. Stirring often.

Cool then refrigerate overnight and then skim off fat. Eat and enjoy!
