"A nice and easy recipe that has just enough flavour to be interesting. I like using the Marsala wine. You may add 1/2 pound of fresh sliced mushrooms - add them at thesame time ass you add the other ingredients"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Melt the butter in a skillet large enough to hold all the ingredients single layer.
Step 2
Add garlic, sherry, green onions & cilantro.
Step 3
Saute for 3 minutes.
Step 4
Add scallops cook for apprx 4 minutes or until just cooked.
Step 5
Do not over cook the scallops.
