Step 1: Melt the butter in a skillet large enough to hold all the ingredients single layer.
Step 2: Add garlic, sherry, green onions & cilantro.
Step 3: Saute for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Add scallops cook for apprx 4 minutes or until just cooked.
Step 5: Do not over cook the scallops.
