Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound fresh scallops (small size)
  • 2 large garlic cloves (smashed)
  • 4 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
  • 1/4 cup sherry (light sherry or marsala wine)
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Tabasco sauce, optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt the butter in a skillet large enough to hold all the ingredients single layer.

  • Step 2: Add garlic, sherry, green onions & cilantro.

  • Step 3: Saute for 3 minutes.

  • Step 4: Add scallops cook for apprx 4 minutes or until just cooked.

  • Step 5: Do not over cook the scallops.
