Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix sugar, flour, salt and cocoa.
Step 2
Add milk to the dry ingredients.
Step 3
When moistened, add egg yolks one at a time.
Step 4
Add water; mix well, put in double boiler and cook until thickened, whisking constantly
Step 5
Pour into baked pie shell.
Step 6
Use egg whites for meringue.
Step 7
Beat until stiff and put on top of pie and baked 425 until browned 5 minutes or longer depending on your oven.
