Step 1: Mix sugar, flour, salt and cocoa.
Step 2: Add milk to the dry ingredients.
Step 3: When moistened, add egg yolks one at a time.
Step 4: Add water; mix well, put in double boiler and cook until thickened, whisking constantly
Step 5: Pour into baked pie shell.
Step 6: Use egg whites for meringue.
Step 7: Beat until stiff and put on top of pie and baked 425 until browned 5 minutes or longer depending on your oven.
