Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a 2 cup microwave-safe bowl add the first 4 ingredients (-ginger) and cook on high for 30 seconds; stir and then cook for additional 15 seconds if mixture is not smooth. Cool for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

On a serving dish, prepare the figs by inserting a pecan into each figs and then drizzle with the chocolate sauce. Sprinkle with nutmeg and confectioners sugar.
