"Another recipe I found in a fundraiser cookbook I picked up at a Goodwill store. The book was created for a local animal rescue, Stray Rescue, and this recipe was submitted by Tam Stone. I haven't tried it yet, so I'd love to hear in the comments how much spice you used and how long it took to cook for you. Cook time is a total guess at this point. The original recipe also said to cut them into 2-3 medallions, but that seems too big to me."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut tenderloin into 4 medallions. Coat medallions with olive oil, then season with Chinese five spice and kosher salt to taste.

Heat skillet on medium high heat and coat with olive oil.
Step 3
Sear medallions until cooked the way you like (rare, medium, well done).
