"This is another one of those fantastic recipes that ended up lost in an old recipe file. It is a wonderful, and easy to make, condiment that goes perfect with grilled, baked, or sauteed seafood. Five (5) minutes or less to make, and you have a great addition to your meal. Salmon, trout, swordfish, tilapia, flounder, etc; scallops, shrimp or clams. This not a dipping sauce, but more of of creamy vinaigrette to drizzle over. Make sure to served this cold."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Add everything to a small bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. It is best if it sets at least 30 minutes before using if possible. Fresh parsley is very important for this dish.

Step 2

Serve and ENJOY! over your favorite seafood. One of my favorites - sauteed scallops.
