  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped fine
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  • Step 1: Add everything to a small bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. It is best if it sets at least 30 minutes before using if possible. Fresh parsley is very important for this dish.
