Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix ground beef, onion, chili powder, cumin, lime juice, beer or Sangria, garlic and oregano together in a bowl.

Step 2

Shape into 12 patties.

Step 3

Grill over hardwood coals (I use lump charcoal, better flavor if you use smoke chips) until done to your preference.

Step 4

Serve on hamburger buns or hard rolls with your choice of toppings.

Thumbs up for this flavour loaded burger. I pan fried and served it withoua bun. For the topping I mixed salsa, sweet onion, chopped jalapeno & jalapeno havarti cheese. Enjoyed and will be made again.
