"Before getting on with the recipe,I feel I must warn you, " These are very rich cookies." Now that I've warned you,proceed at your own risk. :)This makes about 30 cookies. Depending on how large you make your cookie the yield may vary. As the cookies are baking they'll puff up,but as they're cooling they'll flatten out. Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a small bowl mix together flour,cocoa,baking soda,and salt then set aside.
Step 3
Then in a large bowl,mix together butter and sugar until creamy.
Step 4
Add egg and vanilla and mix well.
Step 5
Combine flour mixture into egg mixture a little at a time until well blended.
Step 6
Stir in chips.
Step 7
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Remove cookies from sheet to wire rack to finish cooling completely.
