Step 1

Heat water and boullion together,(start low on boullion if you don't use salt)

Step 2

Add potatoes

Step 3

Cook for 15 minutes on simmer

Step 4

Add everything else but cheese ,(not salt save for last)

Step 5

Simmer for 40 minutes

Step 6

Add cheese and allow to melt check for seasoning, season to taste

Step 7

Last 5 minutes don't boil just simmer
