"Hubby thinks Tommy is pretentious, but I think Tommy is delicious! Here's another cocktail recipe from the Tommy Bahama website that is absolutely delicious. I am posting the recipe exactly as presented on the TB website, but since I don't like overly sweet cocktails, I don't add the simple syrup. I also can't get apricot brandy, so I just use whatever plain brandy I can get my hands on. It makes a nice, tart drink - just the way I like it. To get the passionfruit juice, I don't use canned. I use fresh fruit and just push the contents of the passionfruit against a wire mesh colander to extract the juice. Oh, absolute deliciousness. Is that a word?"

Ahhh, what a tasty drink! Both the pineapple, lime, and passion fruit (my favorite) juices give it that tropically taste that naturally matches the rum, and with the added brandy - Oh Yeah! What a great drink to start off the week! Thank you, JostLori, for sharing. Made it for Seaside Brasserie.
