Step by Step Method

Stir tahini well and measure out 1/2 cup into mixing bowl.

Add lemon juice.

Add enough water to be pourable.

Love tahini, love lemon. So this salad was really good! The recipe didn't specify, so I used red onions for the color pop, and served over escarole leaves. This makes a lot of dressing, which means a do-over for tomorrow. Yum!
