Step by Step Method
Step 1
Boil cauliflower until tender; drain. Mash in large bowl. Add bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and garlic; Mix well.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in heavy skillet. Shape cauliflower mixture into small patties. Drop into heated oil and cook until slightly brown. Serve hot as a vegetable or cold as an appetizer.
