Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix together the mayonaisse, vinegar and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside.

Step 2

Toss together the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 3

Pour the dressing mixture over the ingredients in the large bowl and refrigerate for at least two hours.

Not only an easy salad to put together it is fantastic! I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone was saying how good it was. Love the crunch of the vege's and sunflower seeds and the sweet taste of the raisins. The dressing we couldnt stop taste testing it was so good. LOL Definitely a keeper! I made this to go with Derf's Lemon Rosemary Butter Chicken, and it was a great side! I have a similar recipe with just the broccoli but loved the addition of the cauliflower. I will make it often this summer as it goes well with so many dishes. Great salad Sus! Linda
