Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef.
Season with salt and pepper and cook until no longer pink.
Stir in the cauliflower and tomato sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the thyme and basil leaves.
Transfer to a small casserole dish or 2 ramekins.
Sprinkle with the cheese and drizzle with the olive oil.
Bake for 30 minutes, until cheese is browned.
