Step 1
Melt butter in small skillet and add pineapple slices. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Continue cooking until "caramel" sauce has thicken and pineapple is heated through.

Serve pineapple slices over yogurt or ice cream. Top with any remaining caramel sauce from the skillet.
