Step 1: Melt butter in small skillet and add pineapple slices. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Continue cooking until "caramel" sauce has thicken and pineapple is heated through.
Step 2: Serve pineapple slices over yogurt or ice cream. Top with any remaining caramel sauce from the skillet.
