"This is and easy to make soup and it is great for those cold winter nights! Delicious if you love onions. You can use beef bouillon powder (low sodium) instead of Bonox."

Fast and easy onion soup! Did add a wee bit of salt and a good grinding of pepper. Not able to get the bonox stock here, so used beef broth. Do think that a splash of red wine added while it is cooking would be awesome. The fond on the bottom of the pot gave it the nice dark brown colour. And I totally forgot the parsley. This is going to made alot over the winter. Thank you for sharing Tisme! Made for Pick Me! tag game.
