Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add flour to pie dish or place. Sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper on one side and then press the seasoned side of the pork chop into the flour. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the unseasoned side of the pork chops; turn chop over and press the second side into the flour; set aside until all pork chops are coated.
Step 2
Using a skillet on medium heat, add butter to skillet and melt the butter and then ad the pork chops and cook turning until browned (5-10 minutes). Add the garlic to the skillet and then the capers and caper juice and the Pibil Sauce; increase heat to medium high and allow sauce toe boil for under a minute. Serve pork chops with the sauce.
