Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix shrimp with salt, white pepper and cornstarch until well combined.

Step 2

Let set 10 minutes.

Step 3

In a bowl, beat eggs with whisk.

Step 4

Add water, salt, white pepper and sesame oil.

Step 5

Beat until it reaches an even, smooth consistency.

Step 6

Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.

Step 7

Fry shrimp on both sides in a single layer.

Step 8

As soon as it curls up and turns pink, turn off the heat.

Step 9

Transfer the shrimp into the egg mixture leaving the oil in the pan.

Step 10

Heat wok.

Step 11

Add egg mixture.

Step 12

Cook until still slightly wet.

Step 13

Add green onions.

Step 14

Season to taste.

So sorry did not follow to recipe as I just fried the shrimp/prawns in oil with a little salt and pepper but no corn starch/corn flour but just put it down to being ip at 4.00 am and you really wanted an easy dinner so I fried up the prawns in oil but made otherwise to recipe and it was delicious dinner thank dienia b made for For My Consideration tag game at FF&F.
