Step 6: Heat oil in a wok over medium heat.
Step 7: Fry shrimp on both sides in a single layer.
Step 8: As soon as it curls up and turns pink, turn off the heat.
Step 9: Transfer the shrimp into the egg mixture leaving the oil in the pan.
Step 10: Heat wok.
Step 11: Add egg mixture.
Step 12: Cook until still slightly wet.
Step 13: Add green onions.
Step 14: Season to taste.
