Step by Step Method

Boil the potatoes in jacket until almost done

Take out of water peel and roughly chop

Use 2 tablespoons to butter a 9x13 casserole pan

Add the potatoes

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

In saucepan

Mix rest of butter ,molasses ,brown sugar and apple juice

Heat until bubbly

Take off heat
Step 10
Add bourbon
Step 11
Pour over potatoes
Step 12
Bake for 40 minutes gently stir potatoes occasionally

Potatoes are done when syrupy
