Step by Step Method

Step 1

Run lime over rim of glass.

Step 2

Line the rim of a glass with salt and pepper.

Step 3

Over ice, add vodka, fill with clamato juice, then add the remaining ingredients.

Step 4

Garnish with a celery stick. and lime

Step 5

Add more tabasco sauce if desired.

Love a bloddy caesar!! I worked on the Washington-Canadian border and made these all the time. I enjoy using a steak salt for rimming the glass and it's always nice to have a shrimp garnish!

Why have I waited so long since the last time I made this Canadian classic? It is seriously one of the best cocktails out there, imo, and even better served up at Sunday brunch. This version is EXCELLENT! Spicy, salty, tangy, herbacious...it's got it all.
