Refreshing and delicious! My local store had no pineapple juice, but they did have cranberry-pineapple juice cocktail, so that's what I used. Malibu goes well with both!

Made this following a lovely day of shopping and play, sitting on the porch on a very warm evening. Made as directed except for one change. Instead of serving over ice we blended the ice with the juice to make it more slushy and thick; then poured in the coconut rum and topped with grenadine, using a rocks glass. It was lovely, if a little on the sweet side. Thinking I might enjoy this with some added coconut cream to curb the sweetness and add even more flavor. But as it was we enjoyed it and will have it again as the summer moves on

Classic cocktail with pineapple and coconut rum, I did find it just a little too sweet, but still thoroughly enjoyed it! Made for Culinary Quest 4 by one of the Spice Girls

You had me at the classic combination of coconut rum and pineapple juice .. lol. But the touch of grenadine gave it a nice splash of color, sort of a deep coral shade, and it was ever so delicious and refreshing. Thanks for sharing the recipe, ForeverMama. It was super delicious and thoroughly enjoyed. Made for Culinary Quest 2017 (Central America).
