I am a huge Caesar fan. Everytime I go out for dinner I order a Caesar before my meal. This is a great recipe. I love the extra tang the lemon flavoured vodka gives to this drink. I did not use the celery garnish as I had none. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
