I made this yesterday not knowing what to expect. The directions don't say whether to use this hot or cooled. I found it too foamy to use warm. It cooled to a syrup. I poured it over a buttermilk pound cake. At first I didn't care for it much because it stayed tacky. The family loved it though. And actually, it did keep the cake nicely moist. I would use this again. Thanks for sharing!
