Step by Step Method
Step 1
Add milk to bread, then add in ground beef.
Step 2
Add seasoning, egg and sour cream. shape into balls.
Step 3
Roll balls in the crumbs.
Step 4
Fry balls in butter. When browned, place in 2 quart casserole dish.
Step 5
Mix sauce items together then pour over balls.
Step 6
Bake uncovered at 350 moderate oven for 40 minutes.
