Step 1

Whisk together the first six ingredients in large serving bowl. Add broccoli; toss well. Add apples and onions; toss again.

Bergy (RIP" Forever in our Kitchen)

I have made this delicious salad as a side dish for our Christmas Eve smorgaasbord. It is chilling in the fridge right now. The dressing has a lovely tang. 5 star all the way.  I am adding to this review - after chilling for 10 hours the flavour is outstanding.  It has gone into my salad cookbook to make again and again.  We have a Danish Christmas Eve with pickled herring, cold cuts, cheese, grapes and all other things this salad was perfect for the occasion.  Thanks Kizzie for a lovely addition that made this meal  so enjoyable
