Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a Waring blender or Cuisinart food processor combine the first five ingredients and blend well for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Slowly add vinegar while continuing to blend. ( Most time is adding oil slowly)
Step 3
Then add celery seeds.
Step 4
Let sit several hours, stored in covered jar in the refrigerator (overnight)
