Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat butter, condensed milk, and 1 1/2 cups grated coconut in a saucepan over medium-high heat until golden brown.
Step 2
Add crushed cookies.
Step 3
Stir until the mixture is thick. Allow to cool.
Step 4
Make small balls with the mix.
Step 5
Sprinkle them with grated coconut - or roll them in grated coconut if it doesn't adhere well.
Step 6
Refrigerate for at least one hour.
