Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the honey and hibiscus flowers.

Step 2

Immediately turn off the heat and remove the saucepan from the burner.

Step 3

Steep the flowers for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Using a strainer, remove the flowers by straining the water into serving pitcher.

Step 5

Add blackberries, muddling a bit.

Step 6

Refrigerate for 4 hours.

Step 7

Serve with ice.
