Step 1: In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the honey and hibiscus flowers.
Step 2: Immediately turn off the heat and remove the saucepan from the burner.
Step 3: Steep the flowers for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Using a strainer, remove the flowers by straining the water into serving pitcher.
Step 5: Add blackberries, muddling a bit.
Step 6: Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Step 7: Serve with ice.
