"Great with grilled meats and pita bread. Mine has tomatoes but most don't. I just thought it looked better with them in. Just add enough oil to lightly coat the parsley so start low and go high."

Step by Step Method

Mix the onions, sumac and lemon pepper together; rub the sumac into onions.

Add lemon juice, let set 10 minutes.
