"This is an easy yet tasty burger. The simple sauce gives the burger the kick. Originally a Kraft recipe with some modifications by me. If you like a larger burger make 3 from the pound. BBQ if you wish - I pan fry. Use 2 skillets if you do not have one large enough to accomodate the onions & burgers. I like a slice of tomato & some lettuc - add whatever you like."

Step 1

Season the ground meat with salt & pepper

Step 2

Form into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick

Step 3

Place the onion slices & burgers in a large lightly oiled skillet over medium high heat.

Step 4

Fry one side of the burger for apprx 5 minutes flip & continue cooking.

Step 5

Place the cheese on the burgers

Step 6

Flip the onion slices a couple of times so they are nicely browned on all sides

Step 7

Meanwhile mix together the mayo, mustard & horseradish.

Step 8

Toast one side of the buns

Step 9

Spread the mayo mixture on the toasted buns, add burger & onion slices

Step 10
