Step 1: Season the ground meat with salt & pepper
Step 2: Form into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick
Step 3: Place the onion slices & burgers in a large lightly oiled skillet over medium high heat.
Step 4: Fry one side of the burger for apprx 5 minutes flip & continue cooking.
Step 5: Place the cheese on the burgers
Step 6: Flip the onion slices a couple of times so they are nicely browned on all sides
Step 7: Meanwhile mix together the mayo, mustard & horseradish.
Step 8: Toast one side of the buns
Step 9: Spread the mayo mixture on the toasted buns, add burger & onion slices
Step 10: Enjoy
